Organizing

Organizing Committee:  The primary goal of this committee is to increase the Local Lodges bargaining position.  This is achieved through working in partnership with the members and the other committees to enroll new members.  A secondary goal of this committee is to ensure active participation of the members towards the common good and welfare of our Union. The Organizing committee helps the Local throughout the year with various events such as The Local 701 Car and Bike show, World of Wheels event, etc. The committee typically meets once a month on Sunday mornings to talk about organizing, upcoming events and participate in training.
